Sailor attacked by killer whales 'fighting like dogs' as he feared yacht would rip apart

Sailors are being warned to be cautious after a surge in boat attacks by killer whales.

The sea creatures are thought to have destroyed two yachts in a single day off the coast of Spain and Portugal last week.

Lifeboat crews towed the 15m Alboran Champagne to safety on Monday afternoon before returning to rescue three sailors from the Cachacha later that night.
