An alleged gang member with a “life-time commitment to violence” fired at least 28 bullets earlier this month during a mass shooting in California's capital city that left six people dead, prosecutors said.
Smiley Martin, 27, was one of 12 people injured in the gunfire and has been hospitalized with gunshot wounds since the bloodshed April 3.
