Rylan Clark had fans laughing, applauding, and left in complete awe as he hit them with a major throwback. The presenter was back at the helm of Strictly Come Dancing spin-off It Takes Two on Friday night (October 28) and ahead of the show's Halloween special, Rylan made sure to get in on the action.
The 34-year-old arrived on the set wearing a black t-shirt that was emblazoned with the words "ain't this love?" and a blonde wig, and it's fair to say Rylan looked incredible as he sashayed down the stairs and onto the stage that is the It Takes Two studio where he and co-host Jannette Manrara chat on a weeknight to the couples in the BBC One dance contest.
And while it was a very look to Rylan's usual slick dark locks, the BBC Radio 2 host was actually paying homage to his younger self from his X Factor days 10 years ago.

As he flung around his cape while donning heavy dark make-up to match his outfit and dark beard, fans were quick to spot that Rylan was channeling himself for the spookiest event of the year. @thengp12 tweeted: "Rylan dressing as himself from the X Factor for Halloween is amazing! #ItTakesTwo #Strictly."
@RyanGSoapKing11 posted: "Rylan is literally dressed as his X factor self #ItTakesTwo," alongside a string of applause and crying laughing emojis. @spiritphantom86 shared: "Omg watching strictly it takes two, rylan ur hair I remember u when u when u had hair like this on X factor all those years ago xxx looking good @Rylan."
Others, however, were a little more confused. @MaddieM_S said: "Who is @Rylan meant to be on strictly? Julia Fox? Very confused right now #ItTakesTwo," before adding: "He looks amazing but not a clue who he is #ItTakesTwo." While @FionaEndersby joked: "@SamRyderMusic wants his hair back @Rylan @bbcstrictly #ItTakesTwo."
Rylan also gave a closer look at his makeover on Instagram as he posed for a selfie. And while some admitted that it 'scared' them as they scrolled the photo-sharing app, others were impressed. @sharon.louise.67 said: "You are slaying (as our 18 year old says). Love yoooouuuu Rylan."
@jadelou_xxx wrote: "ICONIC behaviour." @suetiffin23 commented: "Looking absolutely fabulous!" @thegloucestershirehome shared: "I mean, yes, just yes!!! Also, strongly thinking you should bring the blonde back." @nattorama added: "Errr you actually look amazing. Happy Halloween you lovely human."
Following the show, Rylan bumped into none other than Letitia Dean, who is best known for playing Sharon Mitchell in EastEnders. She was more the happy to pose for a selfie with the TV and radio favourite and as he shared it to his Instagram Story, he wrote: "Sister," hinting at the matching blonde locks.
He also shared a comparison snap, showing him on stage on The X Factor in 2021 with shorter blonde locks and a white t-shirt emblazoned with the same message.
