Rylan Clark has spoken about his mental health struggle following his break-up from former husband Dan Neal.
The 33-year-old It Takes Two host has said that he thought he was "too strong" to have a breakdown and that it "hit him like a baseball bat".
Following the collapse of his marriage last year, Rylan found himself struggling and he ended up taking four months off work.
