Rylan Clark's emotional late night message provokes outpouring of love

DJ and presenter Rylan Clark has shared a heart felt message with fans that has created a wave of love for the popular celeb. The heartbreaking message was sent in the early hours of Sunday morning and has clocked up some 8,607 likes so far.

Rylan, who shot to fame following his X Factor appearance, took to Twitter at 1.49am on Sunday, March 20. It appeared that he'd made the statement after a night out with friends.

He said: "Ever have a night out where u have a really good night with friends…. However on the way home u sit and think, would much rather a night in with Netflix and someone u care about…… yeah that babe".

Fans were quick to share their love for the Celebrity Gogglebox favourite. One replied: "You are a beautiful person and have so much love to give. You will find someone be when you are least expecting it. In in the meantime get a puppy they will love you unconditionally."

Another twitter user offered advice. They wrote: "Take time to enjoy yourself (whether that’s with friends/family or alone) and allow yourself to heal, you’ll get there eventually, time is a great healer

And there was a lot of empathy too. "It’s the worst feeling" replied one, "especially when friends are going home to partners".

The Big Brother winner split from his husband Dan Neal last year and has been reported to have struggled both physically and mentally following the break-up. Adding to the Twitter comments was Holby City and Hollyoaks actor Jeremy Edwards who tweeted “It’s always the darkest before the dawn my friend x.”

And the comments and advice continued. One supporter said: "Rylan, you can be with a person and feel lonely, learn to love yourself. Best thing I did was be a single person, by choice and cos of many bad experiences. I came into this world alone, I will exit same way.. you're a special Man, I'm sure you will meet that someone special again."

Another wrote: "I do get that, but just in keep in mind there are plenty of people at home watching Netflix with their spouse and wishing they were out with their mates. The grass isn’t always greener. Soon you’ll be with someone you love and you’ll get your Netflix and chill evenings again x."

With another saying: "It’s hard but try to enjoy the journey rather than focus on a goal. I know the security of a relationship is lovely but there are those in a relationship that wish for the freedom you might currently have. It’s tough, but baby steps and look for the positive in everything xxx."
