A number of Ryanair flights could be delayed and cancelled this weekend, the budget airline has warned.
The announcement comes as Europe has been hit by snow and subzero temperatures leading to dangerous conditions. Over 7,500 flights are scheduled from Friday to Sunday.
A notice from Ryanair warned the airline may be "forced to delay and possibly cancel" some of the flights. They said: "Our teams are working hard to minimise disruption to customers and Ryanair advises all customers flying this weekend to check the Ryanair website/app for flight status updates before travelling to the airport.

"We sincerely apologise for these weather-related disruptions which are beyond our control." A Status Yellow ice warning is currently in place for Ireland until 12pm tomorrow.
Met Eireann has warned of "some showers of freezing rain, sleet and possibly snow. Untreated roads and paths may be treacherous in places." Tonight will be cold with sleet and the chance of snow on higher ground.
The national forecaster said ice on the road will lead to hazardous conditions with mist and fog developing, especially in the midlands. Lowest temperatures generally ranging from -3 to +1 degrees in light to moderate southwest winds.
