Ryanair passengers are advised over which seats to book on the low-cost airline.
Travellers who want to pick where they sit can do so - for a fee. Ryanair flights offer window, middle and aisle seats, so if you're keen to take in the views as you fly, you may want to pick the first. But not all "window" seats have a window, as some perturbed passengers have found out.
Due to the layouts of its aircrafts, seat 11A does not have a window - despite being situated at the wall of the plane. And some passengers have been left extremely disappointed to find this out the hard way.
