If you’ve got a holiday booked it’s worth knowing what baggage allowance your airline offers. Luggage options vary depending on who you’re flying with so it’s important to know what you’re permitted to bring on board.
Knowing your baggage allowance - and sticking to it - means you can avoid any extra charges when you check in at the airport and helps to make your travel experience as stress-free as possible. Most airlines allow you to bring one cabin bag on board for free, but if you’re going on a longer holiday or need more space then you might have to pay extra for a checked-in bag to go in the hold.
Depending on where you’re flying too, airlines have a range of options available so you can select the one which works best for you. Always check with your airline before you travel so you know exactly what you’re allowed.
