Ryanair has given passengers a travel warning for November, in an attempt to help customers avoid fines.
Those travelling with Ryanair this month have been told they need to check-in in advance of their departure date, as the online check-in system will be temporarily down.
Ryanair's check in system will be down for 11 hours next week, and so some travellers may be caught with fines. The website and app is due to undergo scheduled maintenance from 6pm on Tuesday November 8 until 5am on Wednesday November 9.

As a result of this maintenance, the online check-in process will be down for an 11-hour period. Travellers will not be able to check-in online and so could be slapped with a fine if they do not check-in before the outage.
Customers can check-in online for free up to two hours before their scheduled flight departure. However, those who have not checked in less than two hours before their flight departs will have to pay an airport check-in fee.
The fee for checking in at the airport within two hours before a flight is €55 per person, or €30 per person for flights to and from Spain.
A notice posted on the Ryanair website reads: “Due to planned maintenance, Ryanair website / app will be temporarily down from 18.00hrs Tue, 8 – 05.00hrs Wed, 9 Nov. Customers who are due to fly during this 11-hour period should check-in online before 18.00hrs on Tue, 8 Nov.”
