Ryanair rated worst short-haul airline as passengers slam its handling of coronavirus refunds

Passengers have slammed budget airline Ryanair in a consumer watch-dog survey.

Three-quarters of passengers told Which? that they would never fly with the airline again following their experiences.

Ryanair’s handling of refunds during the coronavirus pandemic was a particular sore spot for customers, with the airline receiving a refund satisfaction score of just 47 per cent.
