Ryanair has issued a travel warning to customers in a bid to avoid a little-known fine this month.
Passengers travelling with the airline in November could run the risk of being fined up to 55 euro per person before even boarding the plane, the Irish Mirror reports.
Travellers are being advised to check their departure date in advance as the online check-in process will temporarily be unavailable for an 11-hour period.

Ryanair's website and app will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a period next week, from 6pm on Tuesday, November 8, until 5am on Wednesday, November 9.
Passengers will not be able to check in online during this time and are being encouraged to do so before the maintenance begins if they want to prevent being fined.
Customers can check in online for free up to two hours before their scheduled flight departure time. But anyone who hasn't checked in less than two hours before their flight leaves will face an airport check in fee, which is €55 per person, or €30 for flights to and from Spain.
A notice posted on the Ryanair website said: “Due to planned maintenance, Ryanair website / app will be temporarily down from 18.00hrs Tue, 8 – 05.00hrs Wed, 9 Nov.
“Customers who are due to fly during this 11-hour period should check-in online before 18.00hrs on Tue, 8 Nov.”
