Ryanair has been praised online after hitting back with a "sassy" response when a customer complained about extra costs.

The budget airline is known for its cheap flights, but these often come with a more basic level of service than other airlines. Things like charging for checked-in luggage can help to keep ticket prices low.

However one customer has been left baffled with how Ryanair operates, the MEN reports.
