The flight, from Manchester to Tenerife, was forced to divert to the Portugese island of Porto Santo, on Sunday evening (September 18), where the man and a small number of other passengers were removed from the plane after becoming "disruptive". But when he got to the restaurant he discovered the doors were locked despite staff being inside the building. He says he walked around to drive-thru windows where he was told by workers the chain had closed for the night, despite it being a 24-hour restaurant.
