A Ryanair flight attendant who had just returned home to Liverpool on a flight from Dublin is in critical condition after being hit by a car.
Cinzia Ceravolo, 36, who is from the south Liverpool area, was taken to hospital with head injuries and remains in a critical condition following the incident on August 22. The Italian national had arrived into Liverpool airport on Ryanair flight FR448 from Dublin Airport at 11.20pm.
The Liverpool Echo reports that emergency services rushed to Hale Road, at around 11.45pm on Monday, August 22, after reports of a crash. At the scene, at the junction with John Lennon Airport, they found a pedestrian, in her 30s, had been hit by a Ford Focus.
