A disgruntled Ryanair cabin crew launched a rant about their employer over the plane's intercom to shocked passengers on flight from Spain.
The unidentified worker claimed that Ryanair "don't listen to their staff" and passengers can complain but they don't have "high expectations" from the airline anymore.
The moment was captured on video by a passenger on the flight from Región de Murcia International Airport that was bound for Manchester last Wednesday, June 8.
In the clip, the steward spoke to the passengers over the loudspeaker, saying: "I do apologise. If you want to file a complaint please do so, go to Ryanair.com.
"They don't listen to their staff, they probably care about you more because you give them money. Instead, we're costing them money.
"So give that a go, see how that goes. After four years... I haven't got high expectations for them you know."
In a statement to the Irish Mirror, a Ryanair spokesperson said: "We sincerely regret the comments made by a crew member on this flight from Región de Murcia International Airport to Manchester (08 June), which are not representative of Ryanair."
The budget airline faces strike action from its cabin crews in Spain, Portugal and Italy later this month and into July.
Ryanair's Spanish cabin crew recently announced a six-day strike that will take place on June 24, 35, 26 and 30, and on July 1 and 2.
Workers have cited discontent with working conditions and pay as the reason for the strike.
They will be joined by Ryanair's Portuguese cabin crew who have planned a three-day strike on June 24, 25 and 26, and cabin crew for Ryanair in Italy who have called for a 24-hour strike on June 25.
