ID Admin & Coordinator
Ryanair is currently recruiting for an ID Admin & Coordinator to join the Ground Ops Department. The successful candidate will be based in Dublin Airport and the role boasts a competitive salary along with airline benefits.

Duties Include:
Assisting with the on boarding process of new joiners ensuring paperwork is in order to apply for an Airport ID
Conduct background checks on applications for IDs
Assist with internal controls and procedures, including documentation
Ensures accurate input and retention of data for all new joiners and current staff
Responsible for compiling various daily/weekly/monthly reports for the Ground operations department.
Proven experience in a previous administrative position
PC literacy (MS Office/Excel, in particular)
Team player with a friendly and helpful attitude
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communications skills

Payroll specialist
Ryanair are looking to hire a Payroll Specialist to join their Dublin Airport base for a full-time position. The successful candidate would receive a competitive salary and Airline benefits.
The airline is looking for people who are keen to learn and quick to adapt in a fast-changing environment. Due to the precise and organized nature of Ryanair's Operations, it is important that candidates exhibit a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Job responsibilities include:
Support system integrations between HR and global payroll systems including resolving discrepancies
Update payroll in relation to salary changes for movements within the Company
Check the input of information relating to new starters i.e. tax, bank information etc.
Preparation of monthly payroll related journals
Assist in the work on current expansion projects and ad-hoc reporting as the need arises
Prepare and process spreadsheets for variable payments/deductions
Prepare and bulk load spreadsheets to the payroll
Proven experience in a previous training or administrative position with a knowledge of payroll systems / Irish payroll law

Rostering Specialist
Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Rostering Specialist, for a full-time role which will be at their Dublin Airport base with a competitive salary and airline benefits . According to Ryanair, the successful candidate must be keen to learn and quick to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
This position would also be ideal for recent graduates to work as part of a close-knit team and to gain extensive experience. The requirements for this position includes proven experience in a previous rostering or administrative position, PC literacy (MS Office/Excel, in particular), excellent organizational skills and communication skills.
Duties include:
Efficiently plan and co-ordinate Ryanair Ground Ops rosters in cooperation with the flight schedule; ensuring flight coverage is maintained
Ensure rostered staff have required training/ qualifications for required tasks
Maintain and deliver industry leading roster patterns ensuring rosters are balanced.
Assist with any other tasks that are reasonably required to carry out the daily operation of The ground operations Rostering Team.
Distribution and planning of crew Annual Leave whilst maintaining operational flight and stand by coverage
