Ryan Thomas gained a few fans as he shared some holiday snaps on social media. The former Coronation Street star ditched the UK and has been basking in the Caribbean sun as he headed to Barbados with his fiancee Lucy Mecklenburgh and their two young children.

Actor Ryan and former The Only Way is Essex star-turned-businesswoman Lucy made the trip with two-year-old son Roman and nine-month-old daughter Lilah Rae for Lucy's dad's 60th birthday.

Taking to Instagram with some snaps from the sun-soaked trip, Ryan, who is best known for playing Jason Grimshaw in Corrie from 2000 to 2016, could be seen alongside Roman on the beach.
