Ryan Seacrest has officially closed the door on a major Napa Valley real estate chapter, selling his sprawling 40-acre estate in St. Helena for $18.5 million after initially seeking $22 million, according to a report in Times of India.

The sale marks the end of several years of ownership, renovation and two attempts to find a buyer for the luxurious California property. Seacrest, best known as the longtime host of American Idol and Live with Kelly and Mark, purchased the estate through an LLC in 2020 for $14 million.
