Ryan Reynolds, 47, recently confirmed the sex of his and wife Blake Lively’s fourth child, a son named Olin, in a YouTube video. The couple, who tied the knot in 2012, are also parents to daughters James, 9, Inez, 7, and Betty, 4.
The announcement came during an emotional interview with a fan who shared his story of loss and mental health advocacy. Reynolds expressed his gratitude for the fan's openness and shared his own feelings about fatherhood, stating, 'If I love him one-tenth as much as you love Jake, I feel like I’ve done a pretty damn good job.'
Olin's name was revealed at the premiere of Reynolds' latest film, where the entire family made an appearance. Lively even had a cameo as Lady Deadpool, while their children Inez and Olin played younger versions of the character.
Reynolds shared a heartwarming moment when he watched the movie with his 9-year-old daughter and his mother, who is in her late 70s. He described it as one of the best experiences during the film's production, seeing both of them thoroughly enjoying the movie.
Despite their star-studded appearance at the premiere, the Reynolds children did not walk the red carpet. Reynolds was accompanied by his co-star Hugh Jackman, while Lively was joined by her close friend Gigi Hadid.
