Ryan Kent insists he and Alfredo Morelos are a perfect pair ahead of a defining night in the Europa League,
The duo have been team-mates for four years and last Thursday's 4-2 victory over Borussia Dortmund in Germany proved just how prolific they can be when it all clicks.
Kent admits he is always looking to feed the ball into Morelos because he knows that if he gives the Colombian service, he will find the back of the net.
And he also knows that the link-up play needs to be spot on as they prepare for a huge night under the lights at Ibrox tonight against the Germans, with a Europa League last 16 spot up for grabs.
Talking to Rangers TV , Kent said: "He’s a player you always want to get the ball to in the box."
"He knows where the goal is.
"If you provide enough chances in a game he’ll come away with one or two goals.
"As attacking players you want to try and get him isolated in the box and if I can draw one or two players out, it leaves him with more space in the box for someone else to provide him with the ball.
"So yeah, that’s Alfredo."
Kent also acknowledges the role a packed out Ibrox will play for Rangers chances of another giant killing in what's set to be a thrilling Europa League knockout stage second leg tie.
He added: "I'm sure these players have played in huge games before but there isn't many like Ibrox.
"It will be quite daunting for them and hopefully that gives us an edge in the tie."
