Gosling revealed that he wished he could reshoot the scene due to what he referred to as his 'La La Hand.'

However, he decided to position his hand differently, with his wrist slanting down compared to Stone's hand. This deviation from the expected hand placement was something that Gosling now views as a misstep, as it affected the overall energy of the scene.
