There was football in the air again Saturday afternoon at Ohio Stadium. The annual Spring Game gave fans a chance to get out in some good weather and watch the offense go against the defense with bragging rights on the line.
There were plenty of storylines and plenty to take away from the game, but we have to caveat it all by remembering that it was simply an exhibition at the end of spring ball that only lays the foundation for what this team will become in the fall.
Buy Buckeyes TicketsHead coach Ryan Day met with the media after the game to field some questions and provide insight on what he saw, and we were there to record it for you. If you haven’t seen the presser, feel free to watch it below thanks to what we added to our Buckeyes Wire YouTube channel.
In it, Day discussed what he saw from quarterback Kyle McCord, how he thought the defense looked, some updates on key players that didn’t take part, and much more.
Things will now go a bit quiet until things ramp up again during fall camp, but that doesn’t mean we won’t have more Ohio State football content for you. Stop by often and get more offseason content to look ahead, reflect, and more here at Buckeyes Wire.
