Government officials warned against Home Secretary’s Rwanda deportation plan, High Court hears

Home Secretary Priti Patel was warned by government officials not to press ahead with the controversial Rwanda deportation plan, it has been revealed.

A High Court battle over the policy is due to be heard in the autumn, between the Home Office and asylum seekers facing being sent to the East African nation.
