A grieving widow broke down in tears as she received an award for her Russian husband's actions in Ukraine after he was killed with deaths in the Kremlin's army passing 30,000.
Inessa Kontsova, 25, received the maroon beret, which is the highest military award for courage, on behalf of her husband Russian national guard lieutenant Maxim Kontsov, 33.
Russian President Vladimir Putin and his cronies have tried to shield the true cost of the war, but a video shows the young widow crying as a commanding officer gives her the award.
