Russian state TV has discussed an invasion plan to conquer Baltic states in a chilling broadcast.

A former senior officer spoke about chilling scenario in which Putin's regime captured NATO countries Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

It comes as thousands of NATO troops take part in military exercises near the Russian border.
