Russian troops fighting in Ukraine are to be given the opportunity to have their sperm frozen free of charge, it has been claimed.
Top lawyer Igor Trunov said the move is in response to an appeal for a free cryobank, as well as medical insurance changes.
It comes after President Vladimir Putin mobilised 300,000 reservist forces in September to help bolster his stuttering invasion of the neighbouring country.
