A Russian soldier has been arrested after a horrifying video of a baby being raped emerged online.

Alexei Bychkov has been named in Russian media as the soldier who has been arrested and it is believed that the footage originates from the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

If true, it would be the latest Russian atrocity to shock the world with troops repeatedly accused of committing war crimes and genocide, The Mirror reports.
