Russian ship seized by Finnish authorities for 'damaging undersea cables'

A ship from Russia has been seized by Finnish authorities after it was thought to have damaged underwater cables.

The cargo vessel was sailing between Finland’s capital Helsinki and Tallinn in Estonia and has since been captured by police.
