Russian strikes killed two people and injured at least four others in Ukraine on Wednesday, after a drone hit a border crossing with Moldova in the southern Odesa region and an apartment building in Kyiv. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy urged world leaders to take stronger action against Moscow, warning that the attacks were continuing with little international response.
