Russia has “gained a greater willingness” to strike at civilian infrastructure after suffering battlefield setbacks, according to British defence officials.
The warning comes after a massive explosion on the Kerch bridge earlier this month sent reinforced concrete into the Sea of Azov and set a fuel train on fire.
