Russell Wilson ended another loss by missing a wide open WR on an awful interception

Russell Wilson did it again.

The Broncos QB has had a brutal first season in Denver and those struggles continued Sunday when he sealed a loss to the Titans with an interception in the final seconds that didn’t need to be an interception.

Heck, it could have been a game-tying touchdown. But just like in Week 5, Wilson totally missed a wide open receiver and instead threw a pick that ended the game.

This all happened on a 4th and 8 play with 20 seconds remaining. The Broncos didn’t have any time outs but if Wilson hit Courtland Sutton on this play he might have been able to get into the end zone or maybe the Broncos could have spiked the ball and set up a final play.

Instead, Wilson threw it well over Sutton’s head:

That wasn’t even close.

NFL fans had reactions.
