There’s always going to be a lot of mixed feelings among the 12th Man when it comes to Russell Wilson. There will always be gratitude, there will likely always be a sense of betrayal, and everything in between. But of all the aspects of Wilson’s somewhat complicated legacy, there is one thing that will always remain inaguable:
Russell Wilson is a fundamentally decent man.
Over the weekend, his wife Ciara was performing at Climate Pledge Arena as part of the opening days of a tour she is on. While in the Emerald City, Wilson and Ciara returned to a familiar place of theirs to spread some joy.
Earlier today, @ciara and @DangeRussWilson surprised patients and families at Seattle Children's before Ciara's performance at the Climate Pledge Arena. We are thankful for your continuous support and for making the time to bring joy to their day. pic.twitter.com/Fnu7MGvBwN

During Wilson’s tenure with the Seahawks, he made weekly visits to Seattle Children’s to visit with patients and families going through tough times. His visits surely brought a lot of smiles to those who needed it most.
The Wilson’s may no longer call Seattle, WA their home, but they have not forgotten this city and the children in it. For that, we tip our hat to them.
