RuPaul’s Drag Race UK version has released its star-studded line-up of celebrity guest judges for the upcoming fourth season.
The popular programme presented by global Drag icon RuPaul is returning to screens on BBC Three after making its way overseas and becoming a hit in the UK.
A new selection of Drag Queens will take to the stage and challenges to battle it out to be the UK’s Next Drag Race Superstar.
Whilst RuPaul heads the judging panel alongside his UK sidekicks Michelle Visage, Alan Carr and Graham Norton, they will be joined by a host of celebrity friends rotating as weekly guest judges.
The official RuPaul’s Drag Race UK account took to Twitter announcing the lineup in a thread: “Category is… Celebrity guest realness! Here’s all the fabulous faces coming to #DragRaceUK.”
The celebrity line-up with quotes from the show is as follows:
- “Absolutely fabulous” actress and activist Dame Joanna Lumley
- “Hun-larious” TV presenter Alison Hammond
- “Multi-talented” actress Hannah Waddingham “swapping the stage and screen for the #DragRaceUK runway”
- “Legendary” singer-songwriter Boy George
- “Iconic fashion model and celebrity chef” Lorraine Pascale
- Spice Girls member Mel B
- Model, presenter and influencer Leomie Anderson
- Years & Years singer and actor Olly Alexander
- Singer-songwriter FKA twigs
- TV presenters and Strictly’s Tess Daly and AJ Odudu “will offer up their best blankety blanks in the Snatch Game”
- “Category is: laughter!” comedian and actress Aisling Bea
- Acclaimed singer-songwriter Cathy Dennis “will swing by the Werk Room to give the queens a songwriting master class”
- Strictly champion dancer and choreographer Giovanni Pernice “will put the queens through their paces preparing them for an all-singing and all-dancing challenge”

The account concluded by teasing more announcements will be coming “very soon”.
The guest judges could not wait to be part of the experience with Dame Joanna Lumley saying: “It thrills me to be a part of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK. The show is astounding at every level, and I loved it from the very start.

Alison Hammond has commented: “I love Drag Race UK because the queens are extra and fabulous, just like me!”
Lorraine Pascale said: “I’m so excited to finally team up with Ru and have some fun. We’ve known each other for so many years and I’m a massive fan of the show and everything it stands for. Bring on the glitter and sequins!”
