A new season of Perfect Match is upon us, and this time it’ll apparently feature stars from an array of reality shows, including Vanderpump Rules, Love Island and Married At First Sight.
On the MAFS front, the Netflix show — which pairs singles in the hopes of ‘finding love’ (LMAO) — has reportedly recruited season 12 castmate Dave Hand, who was paired with on-screen wife Jamie Marinos during the 2025 instalment of the Aussie reality show.
According to a production insider who spoke to the Daily Mail, Hand was highly sought-after by producers for Perfect Match because “they’d been watching his season [of MAFS] closely and knew he’d bring great television”.
“He’s outspoken, quick-witted and isn’t afraid to call people out — exactly the type of personality that makes Perfect Match tick … Netflix has been looking to diversify the cast with more international personalities, and Dave was the perfect choice,” the source said.

Producers were apparently also keen on casting Marinos given the “undeniable” chemistry between her and Hand, but those plans ultimately fell through last-minute.
While Hand will be repping the Aussie reality TV landscape in what will be the first-ever MAFS groom to make the jump to Netflix, Perfect Match’s Avengers-style crossover casting means there’ll be no shortage of additional reality stars.
Among them are other rumoured castmates like Vanderpump Rules‘ Ally Lewber (the former girlfriend of James Kennedy) as well as Too Hot To Handle stars Brianna Balram, Kayla Richart and Katherine LaPrell.
Elsewhere, Love Is Blind will be represented on the show by Marissa Rodriguez, Sophie Willett and Jimmy Presnell, while Love Island USA will be repped by Kassy Castillo and Weston Richey.

The rumoured Perfect Match cast is rounded out Temptation Island contestants Danny Spongberg, Natalie Cruz, Hashim Moore and Yamen Sanders as well at least one star from Million Dollar Secret.
Netflix has yet to officially confirm this rumoured cast for Perfect Match, but sources reckon filming for the season, its fourth overall, is already underway. The fourth installment is expected to premiere globally on Netflix sometime next year.
If all goes well, maybe Netflix will continue to cast MAFS stars in its reality shows. A Cyrell and Martha reunion, anyone?
