Rufus McLean sacked by Glasgow Warriors after domestic abuse guilty plea

Glasgow Warriors have terminated the contract of Rufus McLean after the player pled guilty to domestic abuse charges.

The Scotland international admitted domestic abuse at a hearing at Edinburgh Sheriff Court.

McLean had been suspended by Warriors and has now had his contract ripped up over "gross misconduct and breach of contract".
