Today, Rudy Giuliani and Mark Meadows are scheduled to be arraigned in Arizona as part of the state's 2020 election subversion case. The charges against them include nine counts, ranging from conspiracy to engaging in fraudulent schemes.
The prosecution faced challenges in locating Giuliani, but eventually managed to serve him notice of his indictment last week. Arizona Attorney General Chris Mays revealed that Giuliani was tracked down through his live streams, making it relatively easy to find him. Agents served him after his 80th birthday party in Florida, as the celebration was winding down and Giuliani was leaving the house.
