Ruchi Soya Industries to change name to Patanjali Foods; to acquire its food retail business

Ruchi Soya Patanjali Board of Directors Mumbai PAL

MUMBAI: The Board of Directors of Ruchi Soya Industries on Wednesday decided to change the name of the company to 'Patanjali Foods Limited'.

The board has also approved a proposal to acquire Patanjali Ayurved Limited's food retail business for Rs 690 crore.
