The star had been sitting outside of a premises in the capital with friends, holding some empty seats, when the men approached her, attempted to sit down and began harassing her.
Kate captioned the video on Twitter: "Being a person like me walking around the city I love and just enjoying time to myself and I’ve to deal with this sh*t? Dublin is not safe for people like me, in broad daylight, 4.45pm."
In the video, Kate, who was still visibly shaken said: "How is it okay? I just bawled my eyes out on the street".
She continued: "We’re sitting outside, and three lads walk over and they’re go to sit in the seats I’m sitting at, and I went ‘sorry, we’re sitting here, we’re holding the seats', and the three of them stood over me and they’re just like ‘are you a fu****g boy or are you a fu****g girl? You fu****g wanna s*ck a d**k?"
She added: "They eventually walked off and I’m left shaking, burst into tears."
The broadcaster then revealed that even though this was not the first time she was harassed for "just existing", what happened has left her in shock.
The radio star received heartfelt support from hundreds of her followers after sharing about the awful ordeal.
One person posted: "Some truly awful people about Kate - so sorry this happened. I hope you’re okay."
While another added: "I don't know you Kate, but so sorry to hear this. Hope you take some solace from all the good vibes here. Stay strong."
