A desperate call to find a home for a beautiful older dog who is the longest standing resident as the DSPCA has been made by RTE's Rick O'Shea.
Jordan, a handsome 11-year-old Border Collie Cross, is in need of a home with a family who are all over the age of 16 and are in a rural house with no other pets. His heartbreaking story shared by DSPCA tells of the struggles he has been through and will pull on the heartstrings of all animal lovers.
Rick's wife is volunteering with the DSPCA and after she shared Jordan's plight with him, he decided to send out a tweet in the hope that the right family comes forward. He said: "My wife is going to be doing some @DublinSPCA volunteering and, at the weekend, she came across Jordan. Jordan is 11, is their longest standing resident, and isn't doing so good. He *needs* a home."
