RTE reporter Philip Boucher-Hayes has shared snippets of a letter of complaint he received from members of the public who referred to themselves as the 'angry people'.
The hilarious letter told the reporter he should 'cop' himself on before signing the letter.
Taking to Twitter, Philip saw the funny side in the letter saying: "I got a letter from some angry people. I knew they were angry with me because that's what they wrote and … that's how they signed off."
The letter opened with the words "We are a group of angry people" and signed off with, "In the meantime, cop yourself on, Angry People."

The tweet has gathered over a thousand likes as people couldn't help but make a joke about the hostile complaint.
One person said: "What did you DO"?
To which Philip jokingly responded: "Made some people angry. You, of all people, must sympathise with them?"
Others said the 'angry people' must be some kind of elitist group.
They commented: "Is it a club? People have little going in their life's being angry all the time, like why take the time to write this!! It's ridiculous".
While a second said: "The first rule of Angry Club is write your anonymous letters in all caps."
Another person asked the question on everyone's lips as they said: "And did you cop yourself on? Don't leave us in suspenders".
"Distant cousins of shiny happy people, I believe. Not to be trusted," another said.
