NEW DELHI: The Union Cabinet on Wednesday announced certain key decisions with regard to RuPay debit cards and setting up of multi-state cooperative societies.

The decisions were taken in the meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA), headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
