A law firm is set to relocate its Birmingham office to its fourth location since launching in the city two years ago.
Roythornes Solicitors first opened a presence in Birmingham in February 2020 but has since grown its team so will move from its current home at 156 Great Charles Street to 1 Newhall Street in the spring.
It has also added two senior hires to its real estate team.
Abdul Zaheed, who has more than 18 years of experience as a qualified real estate solicitor, has been appointed as a partner and Charlotte Nutting joins the team as a senior associate after working at firms in Shropshire.
Bhavesh Amlani, partner and national head of real estate at Roythornes, said: "We've seen the real estate team go from strength to strength and our focus is to continue to build our reputation and brand as we embark on our ambitious expansion plans.
"We're proud to act for many of the country's largest housebuilders as well as landowners, property owners, developers, registered providers and tenants.
We're incredibly excited to welcome Abdul and Charlotte to the team, with their vast knowledge and experience in the sector."
Managing director Vember Mortlock added: "This exciting expansion furthers our commitment to Birmingham as a city, and to its dynamic real estate market.
"This is an important area of growth for us and we're looking forward to continuing our work across the West Midlands, serving both longstanding and new clients."
