A Midlands law firm has relocated its Birmingham team to a new home. Roythornes Solicitors has taken 3,500 sq ft of office space in 1 Newhall Street in the city centre.
Due to consistent growth, this is Roythornes' fourth move in the city since opening its first Birmingham office in early 2020.
Managing director Vember Mortlock said: "Our exciting expansion furthers our commitment to Birmingham as a city and to its dynamic real estate market. This is an important area of growth for us and we're looking forward to continuing our work across the West Midlands, serving both longstanding and new clients."
Roythornes Solicitors also has offices in Huntingdon, Peterborough, Spalding and Nottingham.
Formerly known as Phoenix House, 1 Newhall Street was acquired by Ardstone Capital in 2014 and contains office accommodation over eight floors alongside a ground-floor retail unit.
The building has recently undergone a full refurbishment to provide grade A office space with amenities and common areas.
Property agency Centrick acted on behalf of Roythornes Solicitors.
Commercial director Alex Tross said: "Roythornes Solicitors has enjoyed continued growth since arriving in Birmingham just two years ago and was in temporary serviced accommodation in Great Charles Street. The company recognised the many benefits of moving to its own grade A office space and 1 Newhall Street offers them a permanent, high-quality base where its team can flourish."
Centrick chairman James Ackrill added: "It is wonderful to see companies doing well and continuing to commit to city centre offices as we all learn to adapt to the new hybrid way of working. The investment by landlords Ardstone Capital in a total refurbishment of the property is paying real dividends."
