Roy Keane would not be a great fit at Hibs.
That's the view of talkSPORT pundit Simon Jordan who reckons he'd be the centre of attention and not the club.
Shaun Maloney was axed after just four months but Keane has more managerial experience.
For ex-Crystal Palace chairman Jordan, though, that's not the be all, end all for what Hibs are after.
Jordan also made a Steven Gerrard comparison with Man Utd hero Keane.
“What is his managerial reputation?” Jordan asked on talkSPORT. “His managerial reputation was to have a really good couple of seasons and Sunderland, and they were good, in fairness to Roy.
“He took them out of the Championship from third bottom of the league. Did okay, then fell out with Ellis Short, which is what Roy would do because of his personality.
“As a mature manager, he may well be wiser now and help to manage up. But going to Hibernian, Roy will be the noise, not the team. He will be the noise.
“To some extent, Gerrard was the noise at Rangers. But Rangers had a bigger pursuit. They had to rebuild themselves as part of a legitimate, alternative argument to the Old Firm.
“So I don’t think it’s a great fit. I don't think it necessarily detracts or enhances [reputation] unless you go and manage Celtic or Rangers.”
