Roy Keane has slammed Jesse Lingard, Harry Maguire and Marcus Rashford for their roles in Manchester United's 4-0 defeat to Liverpool.
Ralf Rangnick opted for a five-man defence with Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Diogo Dalot as full-backs with Maguire, Victor Lindelof and Phil Jones tasked to stop Jurgen Klopp's front-three but their rearguard lasted five minutes. Keane questioned the decision to bring on Lingard, who is set to leave at the end of the season, and labelled Rashford's performance as 'childish' upfront.
The United captain, who has struggled since the European Championship, came underfire once more for his performance and role in Mohamed Salah's second goal. "We've heard it so many times this season, so many times," Keane said.

"It is difficult when you've been beaten and you've got to front up to the media, we're hearing the same stuff all the time 'we need to be a team, we need to do better' but we're not seeing it.
" Fernandes is a talented player no doubt but they're not a team at Man United. They've got some good individuals, when they fancy it and turn up, but when the going gets tough or they're under the cosh that's it, they're out of it.
"They haven't got that team spirit that you need. We talk about having all the talent, Man United is well short on talent anyway, we've been saying for the last few months 'well they're talented...' they're not as talented as they think.
"Then they need the rest of it to back it up; that fighting spirit, energy, we saw the midfield tonight. Rashford's performance up front. Jesse Lingard coming on to save Man United, Jesse Lingard should've left the club two years ago, he's not good enough, Rashford played like a child up front he wasn't getting service but he was getting it in the first-half where you're through on goal a poor touch.
"Defensively, we're trying to help Maguire out, before the match trying to give out PR, the last goal Maguire - his passing and his defending is not acceptable, not good enough for Man United. We're going to use that word again, talk about a rebuilding job at Man United.
"They have to get lads in, who are first of all, decent lads, good quality pros, talented to try and compete. Man United now fifth or sixth in the league, Man United fifth or sixth in the league? Unbelievable."
