Roy Keane had fellow pundits Gary Neville and Ian Wright in fits of laughter as he talked them through his topless celebration from earlier in the week.
The Manchester United legend found the back of the net for an ITV side against a team of BBC pundits in a football match in Qatar and couldn't contain his excitement as he removed his t-shirt before jumping over a bin.
Keane joked that his celebration was better than the goal, adding on ITV: "I'm feeling it today. My knee has been really sore the last few days so huge regrets about jumping the bin, but it was a big goal for the ITV team. I'm very proud of it."
