Manchester United legend Roy Keane joked that he couldn't understand Ralf Rangnick's explanation for starting Jesse Lingard against Leeds on Sunday.

Rangnick made the bold call to name Lingard in his starting XI for United's trip to Elland Road, the first time the England international had started for United in the Premier League since January 2020.

Rangnick noted that the 29-year-old's inclusion was down to his performances in training which led to Keane questioning his response.
