Rotherham United boss Paul Warne has highlight the crucial impact Sunderland boss Alex Neil has aided with, as the Black Cats were promoted back to the Championship.
Goals from both Elliot Embleton and top scorer Ross Stewart were enough to seal an important victory at Wembley Stadium.
Having only joined the side in February, the former Preston boss has turned the side's fortunates completely on their head, guiding the team to a top six finish.

Millers manager Warne was full of praise for the 40-year-old as he spoke to Quest following the victory, drawing crucial relevance to his scrupulous mindset.
"At the training ground his attention to detail, I mean they had watched 15 of Wycombe's games. That is a lot of games to watch by the way. He has certain triggers he goes off, he gives certain players a lot of information and he is an intense guy,'' began the Rotherham boss.
"The players know in possession and out of possession there will be no grey areas. As a player that's all you can ask for, if you go out there and give it your best, you want to do want the manager and the coaches want you to do."
"Alex has been there and done that with teams, got them promoted and he probably brought a little bit of experience and a little bit of calming when the team already had a good squad. They just hit a little bit of a rocky road. Sometimes that change at the top can help."
