Rory McIlroy has been hailed a 'class act' after a video was shared of him being reunited with his old friend Kyler.
McIlroy is currently in South Carolina to defend his CJ Cup crown and was able to spend time with Kyler, an avid golf fan who lives with cerebral palsy.
McIlroy signed a golf ball for Kyler and joked it was 'just the 200th golf ball' Kyler had been gifted that tournament.
And the pair reminisced about the first time they met in 2012, with McIlroy saying that he has known Kyler longer than he knows his wife Erica.
And people were full of praise for McIlroy after the PGA Tour posted a video of the pair.
One social media user said: "Rory is the man"
While another said: "Rory is the absolute best"
And another added: "Class act by Rory"
McIlroy could return to the top of the world rankings this week with a win and is primed to do so after sitting just one shot off the lead.
McIlroy shot an impressive five under par opening round with two players on top at six under par.
Seamus Power sits one shot behind McIlroy while Shane Lowry is a further shot behind.
