Jack Keating's mum Yvonne Connolly has taken a swipe at trolls commenting on her son's appearance on Love Island.
Jack Keating, son of popstar Ronan, entered the Love Island villa as a bombshell and spoke candidly about his famous father's career. Jack joined Gemma, Michael Owen's daughter, as the second of the show's well-known celebrity offspring.
Since entering, Jack has been met with harsh comments regarding his appearance, specifically how he doesn't fit the usual Love Island archetype due to his leaner physique and red hair. Yvonne responded to the criticism he's been receiving on Twitter with a post where she thanked those on Instagram whilst making a sly dig at others.

She said: "After the teaser, I’m looking forward to watching Jack tonight on Love Island. Thank you so much for all your comments. All positive (can’t say the same for other platforms).
"So many people wishing Jack well and rooting for him. It means so much. My heart."
Ronan has publicly stated he is "worried" about his son and how he will fare against the other lads and bigger personalities in the villa. Speaking on The One Show, the former Boyzone member said: "Storm [Ronan’s wife and Jack’s stepmother] is doing better than I am. We all miss him in the house, we really do. His little brother Cooper and his little sister Coco and Missy, we all miss him.
"His episode last night, he seemed a little bit quiet, he seemed a little bit nervous, which is understandable, I guess. I wish him the best. I hope he does OK. He’s got such a big heart and he’s a real softie so I’m just worried about him in there with all those other guys."
Gemma and Jack have bonded over their celebrity heritage as Jack made a move to get close to the 19-year-old.
Former Love Island contestant Shaughna Phillips has high hopes that a relationship will blossom as she thinks the pair have quite a lot in common. In an Instagram live, she said: "Gemma was chatting with Jack, they have similar backgrounds. Not everyone has been brought up with a celebrity dad. They could relate to each other."
